In line with the principles of sustainable development, designs for buildings that use natural resources less, consume less energy, and have lower environmental impact have begun in many countries around the world. In this context, the project considers the energy needs of the structure, environmental impacts, material and natural resource usage, waste management, and user relations as a whole. The selection of building materials has been made accordingly, stakeholder relations have been determined accordingly, and user/citizen scenarios have been created accordingly. Considering all these factors, interdisciplinary collaborations, which play a critical role even during the design stage, will come into play from the very beginning of the construction phase, resulting in the completion of the building under optimum conditions.
